Welcome to the world of Yikes Yoga, Inc. Our program's mission is to cultivate self-management skills through an evidence based mindfulness curriculum that will aid in the development of emotional and mental mindful mindsets.
Mission
We believe that integrating mindfulness into standard curriculum will be the conduit for children's adaptation in and out of school to ultimately adversely affect bullying, isolation, depression, and negative behavioral displays.
Impact
We are here to restore healing and balance in our nation’s youth. We introduce our students to mindfulness practices to help them find their own state of nirvana no matter what life throws at them.
